Evaluating source that will be used in my main paper.
ASSIGNMENT: For this essay, you will select one of the sources you have found through your preliminary research about your research topic. Which source you choose is up to you; however, it should be substantial enough that you will be able to talk about it at length, and intricate enough that it will keep you (and your reader) interested.
The introduction of this paper will involve introducing the source: Provide the author, the title, and the context (where you found the source, where it was originally published, who sponsored it, etc.)

Rough publish of paper is attached with information and sources. Need at least 2 m

Rough publish of paper is attached with information and sources. Need at least 2 more sources but 4-5 would be better. Since I have already provided most sources I expect you to find these last sources. Any additional information to be added to the paragraphs would be great as this is a rough publish. Thank you for your time and work!
PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY.
Look for 9+ sources representing a range of positions in the three categories, Support, Counterargument, and Alternative, on this topic. Make sure that these sources are all published within the last 5 years so that they give an up-to-date view of this contemporary issue. These three categories display the 360 degree range of alternative views on this topic, and one or more of them will at least be the basis for your upcoming Argument.
III. Cite each of these sources MLA style, but annotate them by summarizing their central points and answering the following annotation questions:
A. What puzzles, interests, and/or intrigues you about this source?
B. What is the research question your source is attempting to answer? Just as your Annotated Bibliography and this project begins with a guiding research question, so do your sources. What is it the author wants to answer in his or her project represented by this article?
C. Did the source answer its research question totally, in part, or not at all?
D. What is the central thesis of this source? How persuasive was it?
Take one paragraph of 4-8 sentences to answer these questions for each of your 9+ sources.
The 4 Annotation questions I have provided here are the standard set that could apply to just about any source you would ever encounter. However, the responses to those questions largely depend on the category in which the source is located in your project. For instance, a Support source is backing up your basic position, so it should be as persuasive as possible and answer a research question as efficiently as possible. By contrast, a Counterargument source should not be persuasive when it comes to your position, and it should not be the ultimate answer to any research question. Your Annotations of these sources may change where they fit in these categories, so have an open mind as you weigh the arguments in all these sources. One of the biggest acts of revision for an Annotated Bibliography is a reassignment of the use and categories of these sources in this evolving project.
IV. Find at least three sources to back up a position that you support and summarize the factual background they provide. These should be quantitative number and research facts. These are listed in a category labeled Support.
V. What are the major opposing positions? Cite at least 3+ sources that represent that side. Summarize the facts they provide in a category labeled Counterargument.
VI. What are sources that represent other positions rather than pro-con (generally, combinations and hybrids of the support and opposition positions)? What are previous attempts to solve this problem that have been argued for and/or tried? What can you learn from failures in the past to solve this ongoing problem? Cite and annotate 3 of those as well for your Alternatives.

In this assignment, you will demonstrate your ability to construct SQL queries at a beginning skill level and to use the results of that query for administrative decision making. While you may not be required to use SQL on a day-to-day basis, understanding the logic and the ability to read and write simple queries will enhance your insight into the storage of healthcare data—and also enable you to better communicate with the IT personnel responsible for managing that information.
The following simple relational database schema represents a core subset of EHR functionality: tracking patient encounters. The ability to track patient encounters impacts several factors, including efficiency of care, productivity, patient safety, and ultimately revenue generation, among other areas.
This database has four tables, with one table representing each category of patients, procedures, providers, and encounters. To examine this database design, observe that the encounters table has a field for storing the ID of a patient, a provider, and a procedure. An encounter comprises the enactment of a procedure by a provider for a patient.
You are a healthcare executive who has been tasked by leadership to utilize your knowledge of SQL queries to help guide strategic planning. Leadership is considering expansion of various medical practices and needs to know the following:
1- Total number of patients seen at the organization for the year after January 1, 2019
2- The ten most common billing codes by specialty
3- Provide a count of the number of procedures per specialty
4- Ratio of providers to patients by specialty
To successfully complete this assignment, provide the steps you will take to determine each of these values using SQL queries. Include the query language for these items and the logic you used in developing the query language. Additionally, indicate how you would translate the SQL query results to practical application, to help guide the strategic planning leadership is conducting. Finally, what are the salient points related to the data that you would point out to leadership?
Length: Minimum of 3-5 pages, not including title and reference pages.

One of the physicians on staff is telling you about a study he is doing on his patients. He hopes to have the study published and to receive a grant to expand his research. He offers to hire you to help him with the data collection during your off hours. You accept and begin helping him.
You start collecting data. When you access the file the next day, you realize he has removed a number of patients from the study. You suspect they were removed intentionally; however, you cannot be sure. You put your suspicions aside and proceed with your work and add more patients to the database. A few days later, more patients have been removed from the database.
After some investigation, you discover the patients who were removed were sicker and/or had a poor outcome.
What should you do?
What issues are involved in this situation?

INTRODUCTION: Health disparities continue to create challenges in population hea

INTRODUCTION:
Health disparities continue to create challenges in population health. Certain factors contribute to the likelihood of health disparities. It is important that as leaders within population health, you understand these factors and what can be done to help reverse health disparity trends. Eliminating disparities could reduce medical care cost by $230 billion and indirect cost of excess mortality and morbidity by $1 trillion over 4 years (Wilkinson, et.al., 2017).
You are the director of social services, and will be presenting to social services students at a local university. You are asked to explain key factors that contribute to health disparities. You should highlight how data driven approach impacts patients in the scope of population health messaging. You should also be able to explain to the students how health messaging can help to educate patients on health plan adherence. You are tasked with creating an information handout which highlights the key points you want to reiterate to the students. This is an optional lecture for students and you want to engage them with some of the startling statistics that currently influence population health and hopefully peak their interest in the field.
Carefully Read:

Initial Post: Based on their observations, in this scenario, and upon a careful review of the available literature, the student is to consider him or herself to be the director of social services for a local health system.
1. The student is to prepare a formal memo which will go out to local social services students. You should highlight how data driven approach impacts patients in the scope of population health messaging. You should also be able to explain to the students how health messaging can help to educate patients on health plan adherence.
2. You are tasked with creating an informational memorandum/handout which highlights the key points you want to reiterate to the students. This is an optional lecture for students and you want to engage them with some of the startling statistics that currently influence population health and hopefully peak their interest in the field.
