Based on the overview that you have written in Part 1 Answer section 1 , section

Based on the overview that you have written in Part 1 Answer section 1 , section 2 and section 3
Part 1 Overview:
Title: TikTok Data collection privacy concerns
The social media app TikTok, which originated in China and was formerly known as musicl.ly (now owned by Bytedance), is used for creating and sharing short videos as well as finding those that were created by others. Zhang Yiming was the original founder, and between 2016 and 2017, it was made available to users located in countries other than China for the first time (Goldberg et al., 2022). Because it enables users to create videos and share them with others, as well as providing them with a platform to express themselves through singing, dancing, comedy, and lip-syncing, the application has gained widespread popularity among gen z and millennials (McGarrigle, 2022).
TikTok requires its users to be at least 13 years old to sign up. However, in Ireland, users must be 16 years old, and parental approval is required for users under the age of 16.
TikTok has run into significant issues with the Data Protection Authorities in a number of countries, including the EU, the US, and Australia. TikTok users in other countries or regions may be affected by Data privacy as well, even though they originated elsewhere.
TikTok was at the center of controversy in the US in August of 2020 after multiple lawsuits were filed claiming the company steal and send users data to China. Many underage users have alerted their parents that TikTok collects and send their biometric data, location and contacts to servers in China (Allyn, 2020). After a year had passed, TikTok came to the agreement that they would pay $92 million to settle the claims, but they continued to deny the claim (Allyn, 2022). This means that, even if TikTok does collect these data, no further investigation was conducted, and no measures were taken to protect TikTok users’ data. This controversy lead governments in other countries to look into TikTok data collection and usage policies.
In the following year another concern was raised by the UK government after shutting down UK Parliament TikTok account. Due to the National Intelligence law, according to three members of parliament, Chinese corporations are compelled to share information with the Chinese government upon request. TikTok claims that user data has always been stored outside of China, in the United States and Singapore. Despite TikTok’s clarification, an investigation into a number of leaked staff meetings has proven that employees in China at Bytedance have access to user data (Daunt & Khatsenkova, 2022).
In light of the recent events with UK parliament. The Australian government is proposing new privacy legislation in response to TikTok’s data collection policy. In fact, there have been requests for the app to be banned in Australia. Warnings have been issued by an Australian-American cyber security firm (Internet 2.0) that TikTok collects massive amounts of personal data, which the company may collect more of than it admits, and which may be used for cyber-hacking or intelligence. When TikTok is running it has access to the user’s phone’s entire photo library, calendar, and contact list (Mitchell et al., 2022)
Section 1: Justifications supporting the party causing the problem (300 words)
Investigate and research the literature (including articles, blogs, websites etc.) to list reasons, justifications, and mitigating factors that back-up or support the party causing the problem (or is said to be causing the problem). For example, some of the justifications could include: the party employs a corporate ethics (or privacy) officer to improve ethics (or privacy) in the company; the party sets up corporate social responsibility to act ethically by taking responsibility for the impact of its actions on its consumers, employees, shareholders, the community, the environment, or others affected by the problem; the problem is not entirely the fault of the party.
Remember these supporting justifications are not yours but the views of others, so you might disagree with some of these points.
Points to consider when presenting the justifications:
Use around 5-20 references, (including websites, blogs, articles etc.) to research support for the party causing the problem
List 4-6 reasons and justifications that back-up or support the party causing the problem
This section should be around 300 words.
Section 2: Justifications supporting the affected party or parties (300 words)
Investigate and research the literature (including articles, blogs, websites etc.) to list reasons and justifications that back-up or support the affected party or parties. These justifications may include supporting justifications for the affected party, as well as reasons that demonstrate the liability or responsibility of the party causing the problem.
Remember that these justifications are not your own but those of others, so you might disagree with some of these points.
Points to consider when presenting the justifications:
Use around 5-20 references (including websites, blogs, articles etc.) to research support for the affected party or parties
List 4-6 reasons and justifications that back-up or support the affected party or parties by the problem
This section should be around 300 words.
Section 3: Whose side are you on? (400 words)
Now that you have researched other people’s justifications for supporting both parties, it is time to decide where you stand. In this section, you need to provide your reflection on justifications for the one you are supporting, then clearly state which party you are supporting, and justify your stand.
Points to consider when presenting the justifications:
Reflect on the reasons and justifications others have given that support each party
This section should be around 400 words.

You are the Director of Court Administration. Your new Chief Administrative Judge asked you to prepare a report that addresses the following issues:
Imagine that your court docket is overflowing. Yet, your Administrative Judge insists that she will not jeopardize justice for speed or efficiency. Please discuss the implications for delayed justice. How would you prepare a plan to speed case processing? Consider alternative dispute methods as well as management practices discussed in your first two chapters. What information would you need that you do not currently possess to fully analyze and evaluate this issue prior to making final recommendations? Consider whether you should recommend a specialty problem solving court. Make sure to also consider constitutional due process rights and landmark Supreme Court Cases that may impact or limit your recommendations. How is court technology relevant to this analysis? Finally, how do you think your performance should be measured? What other issues would you include in your report?

Choose either Option A or Option B and post a 150+ word discussion
Be specific and give examples, using at least two outside references, to buttress your argument. Cite all sources in APA format.
Option A:
“The method of health care in the US is despicable because it forces too many to choose between health and survival (medicine and eating). Given modern science, health care should be a right not a privilege.”
Discussion:
Using your reading in this course so far and other research, discuss the ethical concepts referred to in this statement.
Option B:
“Economic inequality is the most destructive force in any society. However, any forcible means to equalize economic situations are destructive to both innovation and civic responsibility. Civic responsibility should mean that those who are at the extreme high end of the wealth bell curve willingly share their good fortune with those who are at the bottom of the wealth bell curve. Any failure to do so should be considered a betrayal of citizenship in favor of the self.”
Discussion:
Using your reading in this course so far and other research, discuss the ethical ramifications of this statement.
